Our products are made to order specifically for you. Therefore, apparel and personalized products are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. It is important to carefully read specifications and sizing information for each product. If you are unsure about specifications, contact us and we will be happy to assist you. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will provide you an in-store credit for future purchases or offer similar items.
